Confidentiality
We will maintain a policy that is open and transparent. We will adhere to accepted principles for the use of member information. To include the full disclosure of what information is collected and how it is used.

Fairness
We will operate with respect for our members and members clients as promised. In addition we will compete fairly within the marketplace and not slander our competitors.

Honesty
Expected business practice is to be by definition, exemplary in nature. Our service will be delivered as represented in our marketing materials and accurate data is presented on the performance of our operations.

Responsibility
We act and serve in the best interests of our members and of their public profile. All member and member-client issues will be mediated and resolved to the maximum of our ability and to a satisfactory conclusion.

Self-Regulation
All members acknowledge the A.I.I.A. code of ethics. All areas of non-compliance are remediated expeditiously.
