WHAT WE DO
All A.I.I.A. members are accredited on merit only and not by reputation. This provides equality and fairness for all, from a one man business to a multi million pound corporation. All members are listed on our register of members which can be viewed at any time. By being listed all members have been accredited by our assessment team as being of the highest calibre. The highest calibre as is needed in order to be associated with the Ashwood Institute.
This means that our entire register of members provide to their clients and customers a pinnacle of service that we demand.
By adhering to our high standards our members can with confidence inform their customers of the pride with which they wear the badge of Ashwood Institute membership, and in turn their clients can feel inspired and confident as a result of conducting business and commerce with a registered A.I.I.A. member.
MEDIATION SERVICE
We provide a mediation service that we are happy for all members and members clients to utilise at no charge.
This means that in the rare occurrence that a member or one of their clients has reason to feel dissatisfied, we can help to communicate this in an unbiased and appropriate manner and so ensure a swift and satisfactory conclusion.
